You’ve been lied to about that MRR course. Learn what the gurus aren’t telling you. Get the facts about digital marketing before you lose time, money, and confidence.
Worthless Facebook groups are popping up everywhere. Master Resell Rights (MRR) income claims splatter the once pretty pictures of Instagram in an attempt to lure unknowing buyers who just want to feed their kids. You need to read this before you get sucked into the illusion of internet marketing.
Free advice does not equal good advice.
Many people are growing because they sell to people who know just a little less than they do. Find a mentor who DOESN’T show income claims. These people have value to offer, not a screenshot of income that may not even be their own, OR it’s a recycled screenshot from a few sales. The internet is an illusion playground.
Invest in real coaching.
If you want to build a sustainable business, you have to surround yourself with people you can learn from. You will not level up if you get the same-level advice from the people around you.

Making sales does not mean you are profitable.
If people were to calculate the hours spent on content creation, fixing a ‘done-for-you’ product due to poor grammar, responding to comments, managing bookkeeping, and all the other aspects of running a business, you might be surprised at their actual hourly pay. It’s important to have a realistic understanding of these factors.
Going viral is a vanity metric, not a sales victory.
You could have one million views and have no sales. Not all of the viewers are your customers.
Do not participate in the “I’ll follow you-you follow me” BULLSHIT.
Followers DO NOT guarantee sales, especially when you come from the same group. What could they buy from you when they are selling the same thing? Focus on the steady game of improving your content writing and adding real value. Your followers will come.
Don’t buy a course to sell a course.
I’ll repeat this…do not buy a course to sell a course. Buy a course to LEARN. The rights to sell are a good idea; however, if you want to build a sustainable business, your strategy will have to be 95% marketing to get more buyers. If your model is to sell multiple courses, I would be scratching my head to determine if I have to buy them all to succeed since you’re selling them all.
Build your own products, coaching, courses, and memberships.
When you build your own products, you have fewer legalities to worry about. The person who sold you that MRR course or product may not have included everything you need to legally sell it to someone else.
Guess what?
You are liable for any sales you make without the appropriate licensing. “I didn’t know” doesn’t fly in the courts very well.
Digital marketing is not for everyone
Not everyone is cut out for this. It takes skills, knowledge, and investments to make this happen. Stop beating yourself up if this isn’t right for you. Move on and find the income stream that is for you. Trust me. You’ll find that perfect fit.
